No Replacement Phone!!

<p>I took out a pinnacle 3 contract in september 2016 together with a samsung galaxy s7 edge. Everything was working fine until now. The screen started showing vertical stripes for some unknown reason. At first it was temporarily visable and disappeared on its own but now it is showing permanently. There is no physical damage on the phone. I even tried to take a screenshot to show cell c what the phone has been doing but the screenshots are clear and shows no stripes. Although the stripes are visable on my phone. So i contacted cell c lephalale where i took out the contract and explained my situation and they advised me to send it in for repairs as i do have insurance on my device. I did request a loan device so i can continue working while i am waiting for my device but my request was denied. There is no physical damage on the phone and this has to be a yechnical issue but still they cannot help me. I really cannot work without a phone and is a serious problem for my daily business. I cannot see why they cannot assist me because this is a business contract. And i cannot give this phone in for repairs unless they can replace it with a loan device until mine returns. Otherwise they need to replace my device.</p>
