No refunds for incorrect data purchase. Stay away from Black Data

I inadvertently purchased a 200GB BlackDate bundle @ R1499 off the Cell C website not knowing that that I could not use it for what I wanted it for. I then noticed that what I wanted was a 200GB Smartdata bundle for 365 days @ R1999.

There is no info on the webpage warning me what black data is. I thought I was purchasing the same thing I did last year.

I called the call centre 3 times and was told that a refund or change of bundle was IMPOSSIBLE!

I now have 200GB of data that I can only use on a Black device (whatever that is), I am down R1499 and Cell C will not reverse it.
