Ticket CF204231. This is now my 3rd hello Peter complaint. I have a refund if R2396.00. All my proof of payments sent. Everyday you tell me my call is still opened. It's been another 7 days since you escalated my issues. How long must your client wait for a refund clearly my money was paid. I am utterly disappointed and so irritated by you guys.
