NO REFUND IN AL MOST 2 MONTHS!!! THEN HAVE TO WAIT 7 DAYS ONLY AFTER SOMEONE HAS CALLED ME TO CONFIRM.

in December 2020 i paid too much on my account and i phoned cell c to repay my money,they said that will only be after the debit order run, i understood and left it like that, following up in January, nothing has been done and i will get a call back within 2 days. Noting happened, i phoned again, got a reference number and someone will phone me back to arrange the pay back. Ref no ***, some one will phone in 2 days. nothing happened and the money which is almost R1000 is still not paid into my account. I phoned now, spoke to Loretta, cant see the account on system, Only prepaid, so account has been removed but no credit is showing. Also said that this will be reviewed, someone will give me a call and it will take 7 days for the refund, REALLY CELL C!!!! I DONT THINK THAT THIS IS CORRECT, MY ACCOUNTS ARE NEVER IN ARREARS, NEVER LATE, I MADE A MISTAKE PAYING R1000 TO MUCH ON AN INSTALMENT. - PLEASE REPAY
