NO REFUND FROM CELL C - WHILE TAKING DOUBLE INSTALMENTS

This is my 3 message, i spoke this morning to Katlego, what a unfriendly person, she dont even give you time to explain, nor does she understand what I am saying ?? since the 1st October my payment has been taken double and i am still waiting for my refund?? WHAT REFUND BECAUSE YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT IN CREDIT AFTER TAKING 2 PAYMENTS!!!. I have send proof of payment now 6 times and still NOTHING!!!!
