No receptions for 4 years

I have been living in the same place in Lonehill/Fourways for the past 4 years. In that time the cellphone reception has been absolutely **********. Calls fail, get dropped, break up and essentially cause a hell of a lot of frustration. I have called about his countless times before, always getting \promises"that it will be looked into"
