No reception on a main road in Sandton Johannesburg

I find it highly inconvenient that I have little to no reception in my home, an apartment situated close to a main road in Sandton Johannesburg. If I’m not crouched in a corner of my living room, my calls go straight to voicemail and my IM’s don’t deliver. Cheaper data costs mean absolutely nothing if you’re not even able to use it.

Thanks CellC for advising me to leave my phone on roaming so that I can pick up MTN and Vodacom signal, made my decision on which network to port to soooo much easier. Poor solution but all’s well that ends well. P.S. I’m posting this response from the middle of my apartment which was once a dead zone.
