No reception no solution

This is the 3rd complaint raises with Hellopeter wrt the same query - but Cell C do not call or email to discuss this issue!! We complaint about NO reception. Cell C send out a technician to evaluate the area. The outcome was that there is NO reception in that area within / more than20km radius. We received a call from cell c, stating that they will put up a tower, but can't tell us when?????? What is the solution, we sit with this issue no almost 4years... And everytime we need to upgrade, cell c spins us the same old story. Poor client service.
