No reception, no real solution

I'm very disappointed that for a company this has not provided me with proper service. I have been experiencing problems with my data service. I have spoken to different people in various departments and still no workable solution. At the end all I got was \we will need to erect a new tower which will take quite a while to do". I've expressed that this is not area or handheld device specific but still I have not been heard. I have had to resort to alternative means of connectivity via wifi. which is an additional charge at times. I've received answers such as please roam on another network provider which will cost me more for a service I'm paying for with cell c"
