No reception in area

<p>My parents are living in Leisure Bay, Kwazulu Natal, when we visit them every weekend we have NO RECEPTION in the area, we cannot phone out, no internet service, no whatsup messages can be sent or received, calls cannot be made or received and we are extremely frustrated to be cut off from the outside world! Cell C brags about having the widest network coverage. NO WAY IS THIS TRUE! Both my husband and I are wth Cell C and ny father too. When my contract is up for renewal, I am changing to MTN, my Mom has brilliant reception on this network!</p>
