no reception and miss calls

I see that Cell C has a new advert on the TV where they are prepared to pay your cost to move to them up to R10000,Now I just wonder what are they prepared to pay to help you move to another network, because I have never had so poor reception. My phone is lying next to me and then I get a miss call without even ringing.I no also understand why they prepared to give Vitality members that free call to another Vitality member..... because you cannot reach/call them
