No products to be found on a 1 day special

I have been using Cell C services for a few months now and I was happy with their services up till today. My husband opened a contract with Cell C for a pocket wifi modem and had a problem with his connection twice, long story short they sorted that problem out. Then when they sorted the problem out the sales consultant offered us a deal which would only run for 1 day which is today Friday 4th January 2019 "Fantastic Friday" they called it. Well in my opinion there is nothing "Fantastic " about it. We were excited to get a new laptop contract at a "Fantastic " price of R279 pm including 6GB data pm which was definitely a deal that we couldn't miss out on! When we got to the store today as we already arranged with the sales consultant (who was so very helpful with us and very nice) all we had to do was pick up the laptop and signed the contract, but when we arrived she told us that she called all the cell C stores and no1 ever received stock of the product that they claimed to have a sale for. That made me very upset because I was excited to get my 1st laptop. So my gripe is this, how can u have a 1 day sale which you call fantastic but you have no stock ANYWHERE that's pathetic service on cell C's part, I as the customer should not go run around for something that should be in every store if I got the pamphlet there. I hate having to leave Cell C because they have awesome service but unfortunately I now have to go find this product somewhere else because Cell C didn't do their part. I have now missed out on a 1 day special, thanks a lot
