No Product Knowledge and Arrogant

I called the call center to find out about the free whatsapp on cell c and he informed me that only messaging is free on and sending pictures and videos will use data. The adverti*****t on the television says that sending videos and pictures are free with a positive airtime balance and the agent refused and said it's not like that. I then informed him that it is false advertising and he said he hasn't seen the adverti*****t. He couldn't assist me in anyway. I tried to play him the adverti*****t and he made like he couldn't hear it. Horrible service! False advertising!
