No post from Cell C

I have been calling Cell C customer service since last year requesting for my account statements to be posted to me as I was unable to access it online, yet my last statement received was in October 2014 and despite another request starting in January now known to have been logged/registered on the 9th March 2015 I still am without the posted statement. The excuses I keep getting is POSTAL STRIKE now really are they out of excuses or stuck in time that they use this line despite the strike long being resolved. I receive mail from all my other sources without any problem yet Cell C still finds it hard to deliver. How long is it going to take them to deliver< is the mail sent via a runner or what.
