NO PILLS FOR STUPIDITY

On 08 December 2019 I sent an email informing Cell C that my contract was ending on 22 December 2019. I understand that I must give a month's written notice so realized that I would have to pay for January 2020 as well. My debit order went off on the 27th of the month for payment of the FOLLOWING month, therefore my payment of R356.75 of 27 December 2019 was for the payment of JANUARY 2020 month. However, Cell C, despite me cancelling, still took another debit order off on 27 January 2020 which I reversed BECAUSE I DID NOT OWE ANY FURTHER MONIES. Cell C decided to black list me. I have telephoned on numerous occasions. One of the reference numbers to one of my calls is *** where I spoke to Tshepiso who confirmed that I do not owe money and was requesting legal to contact me. Two months later, I'm still waiting. Today I went into Cell C, Cavendish Square. The sales person contacted the call centre. He spoke with Nombulo who also advised that I do not owe any money and that I must contact Legal on ***. This matter is going on for a full year. How is it that not one of your employees have enough brain cells to sort out this matter. My name is black listed and I am unable to get any further contracts because of your stupidity!!!
