No phone, no happiness

I decided to take Cell C up on there offer and have them buy me out of my existing contract with a competitor. This deal necessitated that I terminate my agreement with the competitor first and then supply Cell C with proof of same , if I was to take them up on there offer. When making my entail queries in this regard I to great care in finding out if Cell C would be in a position to provide me with the new contract when my old one was cancelled. I was advised that it would not be a problem. <br> <br> I completed the relevant documentation and provided them with the necessary information. I again advised that it was imperative that I be able to assume the new contract when the old one was terminated and again advised that it would not be a problem. On Friday I was informed that my contract had been approved. I immediately e-mailed and asked after my new phone and contract as my previous contract had been terminated. My e-mail was not responded too. nor the one that followed. I called and was told that they would revert but nothing. <br> <br> Finally I went to the store to be told that they have stock issues. They cannot commit to a time and Mr De Wet will not speak to me in person.
