NO PAYING FOR THIS ACCOUNT!! SORRY!!!!

So from various contact with cell c- only apologies have been made. I am not accepting an apology this time! Who is going to pay my bill of R4400 in April becuase the person who renewed my contract about 6 months ago did not ask me if I wanted to set a limited on my open line. In fact- before cell c suspended my line and they had to decrease the limit to open my line it was set on R47000.00 !!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! 47k??????????????? It was on a limit before. I want this person to go pay that R2100 I spent on the internet out of bundle for an hour! I AM NOT PAYING THIS BILL. I REFUSE!!!! You dont ask me for a limit, you leave the limit of R47k- are you totally mad! I am not happy with cell c! you may in fact cancel my contract- put me on pay as you go! Seriously! Your guy have totally p!!sss**** me off.
