No Payback of my money

cannot believe that service can be this poor?? I have been an cell c as a customer for years and still no improvement. I made a payment on the 1st October and its still not reflecting on my account, Cell C went and did a debit order and took another instalment. I phoned a week back tonhaventhis resolved and the credit paid back with no ouck, this is the 12th October and my money is notnshowing on my account nor paid back to me. I phoned several times, spoke to Meo, Kharabelo and still no luck on giving my money back. Cell C i have send you proof of payments, please let someone do there job, refund me as it should have been a week ago. This is absolutely perthetic. Thank you
