NO PAID UP LETTER SINCE SEPTEMBER 2021

I am so disappointed in Cell C. I have been calling their call center for a paid up letter since 2021 September up until today I haven't got anything the sadly part is on my credit report it shows that I still have an account with yet I closed it long time ago. I no longer know who to call all I want is a damn paid up letter, I am trying to build my credit score.
