NO PAID UP LETTER PROVIDED OVER 2 YEARS

Good day, I have been trying to contact cell c for a paid-up account in 2020 under the following number ***. For the past month ive been sent to pillar to post even to a store with no assistance. Today an agent Nxolo confirmed tome this task or request was actioned, attended and closed however nothing was done on it. This is terrible service. This contract is negatively impacting me with regards to my credit record. I await your feedback or solution as I am utterly irate with the service from your entity – if this is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will escalate this matter to the ombudsman.
