No Paid Up Letter, Credit Bureau not updated following Cancellation

I had a Cell C Contract which I paid early to cancel in August 2020. I have contacted Cell C via email, telephone several times from 2020 and again recently in 2021 for a Paid Up Letter. No credit bureaus have been updated to reflect cancel so I have to attend to this myself. My credit bureaus are awaiting a Paid Up Letter in order to update their records, to which Cell C has not been forthcoming.
