no one to help me cancel this wronng debit orders

cell c debited my account the same money that i was told to deposit in thier nadbank account and e-mail the proof of payment to them, now i am facing bank charges of +-R650 of returned debit orders including my contract accounts with them and i want all this to be rectified by cell c or the person responseble for this, now no one wnts to help me because call center always puts me through to the contract department 084145 and contact department put me through to client service 084140. i was given this ref no *** and told that i will be contacted and no one contacted me till now. i am a customer who pays his bills acordingly but cell c waisted my profile on my ABSA CHEQUE ACCOUNT by debiting my account without my concent. returnshen center 084143 gave me the amouts to pay to clouse the 2 accounts that are now so problematic for me.
