20 Apr 2020, 22:20So I just received a letter from my employment advising that we will not be getting paid this month and then I phoned cellc to advise and make arrangements however all they said was there's no payment holiday and my account will just go into arrears. What pathetic service and at a time like this you'll don't have alternatives! I have always made payments on time and never had a problem with you guys but now I totally regret getting 3 contracts with u! So I sent you the letter and my husband as well and you guys only rep**** to him stating the letter needs to have our name and stuff. But what the hell we damn sent you what the company sent us and that is what they provided for us to send to our accounts department. You guys are being absolutely pathetic about this! How can you not understand that it is a virus we are facing and because of that we are not receiving an income and the government stated you need to provide a payment holiday!
