NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT MY CONTRACT

I have a Infinity Select HANDSET EXCLUSIVE contract , that is a 24month contract with a 12 month phone renewal policy. The contract is costing me R1999 per month.I have been on the phone with the call center (UPGRADE department) for 1h30min and is seems like no body not even the manager is aware of this contract although it clearly states this on the internet. Please see the link: [URL Removed]<br> The department manager actually screamed at me and when I ask him what is his name he would not tell me.<br> They transferred the call to a supervisor where I was listening into a training session for 25min , one of the trainees asked her if she is going to pick up and she said no he can wait , this after i was on the phone for 40min.<br> The staff is *********** , uneducated and rude to say the least.<br> Then CELLC is no longer offering this package (at least none of the new handsets are available on them, which means when I upgrade (1 May 2016) there is no new handsets available to choose from , this on CELL C's most expensive contracts @ R1999 per month i would expect to get the best handset available. <br>
