No one gets back to you and you wait forever.

I claimed for my cell phone as it was ******. A week or two later i called to find out how far they were as the forms were sent through. A lady told me she couls not find me on her system and i had to get my subscription agreement. I told her i do not have an account with cellc but rather with c surance on its own seperate from the account. She said it cant be as ahe cannot find me. I was told to call the cellc call cente and get it from them. I called them and was told that there was no way i could have a c surance account seperate from cell c. I explain the phone was taken out on my husbands name but the insurance is on my name and the man said that cannot be i must get my husband to call. Clearly the workers do not know how to do their jobs! Anyway i called c surance again and finally they could suddenly find me on their system. She then said she will open my ticket and all i have to do is pay and then send proof of payment and they will send me a list of phones to choose from. I sent the proof of payment and it states in 24 hours someone will get back to you yet nothing happend! Its been a week now. I call the call centre but can never get through. One momment im told waiting time is 8 mins and after a hour of waiting it tells me again waiting period is 20 min. This is more than enough to upset people. I messaged cellc on facebook and was told they would look into it but yet again nothing happens. I would just realy like to get my cellphone asap.
