No one gets back to me!!!!!!

This is my 3rd report regarding my upgrade, every time Cellc promises to get someone to call me back, I have been in contact with Nivarna at CellC but she too is now avoiding my calls! I spoke to Sipho on Friday who told me it is not Cellc's fault that they could not honor the deal last month because they had no stock? Then whos fault is it? You falsely advertise a deal which is not available and now I must be inconvenienced!!!!<br>
