NO ONE FROM CELLC EVER PHONE YOU BACK!!!!

After investigating my home I was told cell c would cancel my contract as i have no signal there and there is nothing they can do. Which was fine, so i went to Cell C greenstone to hand in my phone last week Tuesday. I was assisted by an extremely friendly and helpful person called Sifiso Buthelezi.He phoned me on Monday and said everything is in order but they cannot proceed with the contract cancellation as it has to be done by the walk in store i got it. He said everything has been handed over to the store and oi should expect a call from Richard on Monday. I waited till yesterday for a call from Richard which never happened so i phoned the walk in store and was told Richard is busy with a client and he will phone me back. An hour later i phoned again and finally got through to Richard. Richard then told me he will raise it with his team leader. His team leader phoned me back 15 minutes later and just said they need some documentation then they can move me over to pre-paid and she will try and rush the process as i've been without a phone for more than a week and payign for something i do not use. No return call... After about 15minutes to try to get through to the store...
