No one can tell me the true story

<p> I app**** for cell phone contract 2 weeks ago online, was called on the 24th to say that after vetting my account (which took 3 days) that all was in order and approved. I would receive the phone in the week. After following up yesterday, I was told a diffrerent story, that it was not yet approved! What is going on? can someone give me the true story please? Why is this taking so long?</p>
