No one can help me!

Hi.<br> I am trying to cancel my phone insurance. Cell c- insurance says they dont have me on there system and passes me n to customer care. Customer care tells me that C-cover no longer exist and puts me through to their contracts department, they in turn puts me back to customer care!!! Where once again I get told that C-Cover no longer exist and that i must phone cell c insurance as all contracts have been moved to them and that they charged R35. However I pay R57 every month for the last +- 6yrs, never got told that C-cover has closed and that contracts will be changed. But worst of all is that Cell c cant find my contract and i am still paying!!!.
