NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME AND IM DISCONNECTED

<p>This Morning I called in the 140 line for the legal department so they can unblock my account since it was blocked for nonpayment. I spoke to Tsolofelo who kept me on hold for 39 minutes, she eventually hang up on me. I called in again and spoke to Princess who told me it was impossible that they transferee me because they not sure what happens with the line after, she however tried and assist me their number ********** which I can call because the line is still blocked, I got cut and called in again spoke to Tumi who blatantly told me it’s no one’s fault that line is blocked but mine, and she will transferee me to the legal department and if they don’t answer I must call again. I did that and got through Nosipho who said she will not assist me I must call the legal department my self-using an alternative number then she hung up, I then called again spoke to Sthembile who also was not able to assist me, I am now waiting for a call from Dikeledi from legal to call me.</p>
