No one calls. The refuse to cancell my contact

Cell C Riverside Mall Nelspruit<br> <br> Worst service I have ever received in my entire life. I had a problem with their network from day one of purchasing their device and they **** to me about technicians coming to assess the network issue. I am constantly calling and wasting even more money and time visiting their store as well. this has dragged on for a whole month an I am receiving no help at all. Even the Manager is a lair since he promises to call and make sure the cancellation goes smoothly- he has never called not even once. I am left to pay for Data bundles that I can't use and no one cares. they are the worst network providers I have come across in my living years. the service on the other hand is disgusting. The story can go on and on but I have become so tired of repeating if since no one ever helps. it's just sad that this is money I could have used for a more effective product on a more effective and honest network provider
