Today I receive a sms saying that my service will be suspended cause my account is in arrears. I called the call centre and after holding for some time they said I owe you guys R153 I think could not make out. I asked to be transferred to a manager and she placed me on hold for like forever and I dropped the call.
If you go by your records I have been with you guys for - 9 years. Never ever had a contract increased within the two years. Why all of a sudden now and with no communication. She the agent also said the contracs went up in February and a SMS was sent out to all clients. This sms I never got , I went through my phone now and checked and there is no sms of the increase. As far as I know I have a binding contract that states I pay you guys R150 and in return I receive 50 minutes, 50 sms, 50 mg data. I refuse to pay for something I have no knowledge of. I want my line to be reconnected cause I have 3 small kids at home and am the only one with a phone. If there should be an emergency or I should call someone I can't. Please investigate this matter and give me feedback.i repeat i won't pay for something i had no knowledge of. Why doesn't i get a bill every month?
Best regards,
