No network on cell c contract

I have been paying for a cell c contract for 12 months now. I have not had network for over 3 months now. They keep saying it's network but nothing is changing. I can't make calls as they end less than 2 minutes into the call. I'm paying 450 on a monthly basis and this is honestly frustrating.
