No Network In My Area

I have contacted Cell C on two occasions to complain about there being no network coverage at my home. Both my husband and I are cell c customers and we both have cell c contracts - which there is no point to having because 3G reception is futile and calls are constantly being dropped due to bad coverage. our cellphones show an active 3G signal however any online content does not download to the point where we both cant even download emails or log onto facebook with our phones. <br> <br> After the second call, a cell c representative informed us that we fall outside the good coverage area and that we should try a different service provider (Vodacom). the Cell C contract buyout is a hoax as cell c doesn't offer a better service or a superior network coverage at all.<br> <br> I would not advise anyone to go with cell c as they cannot provide simple services to current customers so how will they service new ones?
