No network coverage of the WiFi footer in thohoyandou

I have a data contract with cell c I am residing in thohoyandou The guy who assisted me at the complex next to venda risk said that in their store there poor network coverage but assured me that around thohoyandou area ther is enough network

I am not able to use my Wi-Fi router at makwarela ext 3 When I contacted cel c call centre I was told to change the settings I have tried to contact cel c customer care again but no response so far I can only enjoy coverage when I am outside thohoyandou Mashudu ********** 569
