No network coverage for 6 weeks now !! Fix your mess

Cell C fix your serrvices , I cannot be paying and unable to use the data bundles I pay for monthly . I’ve reported a million times left all my details on your social platforms . I even made an effort to call you directly all your instructions to assist with my network settings are not working . Clearly there is something wrong on your end please fix it !! You cannot make people pay for the services that you cannot offer . That is an unfair business practice . What am I paying for ?
