NO NETWORK COVERAGE AND NO ASSISTANCE

Since January 2017 I've been requesting Cell-C to assist with a booster for our home as we have 5 contracts with them but never have reception at the house. I was promised by various people that I will be assisted with a booster as we are good clients. I completed the necessary forms but still no feedback or assistance
