No network Coverage
Since Loadshedding is back in full swing, CellC has been such a pain in the ass!!!! Friday evening, I had no coverage for 5 hours. Initially, I thought that maybe it is the area I am in, but it was not. I later realized all my friends, colleagues who were with me also had no reception. I could not request and UBER, call, SMS or WhatsApp anyone. I was basically stranded until the electricity went back on. I was livid but let it slide because these things happen. However, It has been a repetitive occurrence since then, regardless of the area I am in. It really affects my daily routine BIG TIME!!!! At least CellC could have sent an email, SMS or anything to just inform their customers.I am seriously considering changing networks.
