No network coverage

I am extremely upset and frustrated with the appalling services i receive from Cell C. I logged a call regarding the network coverage at home and was told the \tower"is congested and that there is nothing that can be done about it. It has now become equally frustrating as there is no network coverage at my workplace as well. The Project manager of the building company doing renovations on our building has requested that someone from Cell C comes out to this site to assess what the problem is. That has been nearly two weeks ago. I have never seen such a nonchalant company who doesn't see to the needs of their customers. If I don't feedback within a week"
