No Network connection, No help

Where i live and work my cell C network connection is poor on a good day. I can be sitting in my house with 3/5 bars 3G, the next second i have no service for a while and then the 3G comes back on. Some times for a few hours i cannot make calls out. I used to be with Vodacom and was able to drive and talk on my phone (using hands free of course), now with Cell C i have to find signal, pull over and then make or receive the call. I was once in Greytown and for three hours i could not make a call out. <br> <br> I have been trying to get Cell C to come out and see me. They have been to the area to check and said it worked. They tried to call me but could not get through. I was not surprised they could not get through as most of the time i don't have signal as it comes and goes. I have lost a lot of business due to this. My farms alarm system is connected to my phone and sometimes i get the alarm signal a few hours late. I go to the farm and we had been ******. The alarm worked but Cell C was not working at the time. My latest complaint (SD394295) is 11 days old and still now response. Please can I just cancel. This is not working.
