No network and no help from cell c

Called cell c and asked if they can assist me with our 2 contracts that cost us R2000 per month and we dont have no signal at our house we where advised to roam on vodacom but vodacom tower loses connection or we are being kicked off.I have a reference number( ********** 779) and that is all that i got from cell c.Can someone please assist to where i should take my business?PS Im using my vodacom phone to type this review because cell c "smartdata"wifi is non-existence?

Your only reply was that there is poor coverage in my area and that i should buy an poynting antenna hahahaha i will be cancelling my contract the weekend.Thanks resolving nothing as expected, as i was warned about cell c.To who ever read this dont go to cell c you are going to waste money like us every month(R2000 exactly)
