NO NETWORK!!!????
No network available??? I have been without network for 2 weeks now. Unfortunately I have to rely on Cell C for my sms's and OTPs and I can't change to Vodacom (alot more reliable) and do a sim swap because I am 2hrs away from the closest city. I need to transfer funds from my one account to the other and I can't do that because I have 2 factor authentication on all my apps and I can't receive my OTP from my messages!
With the wonderful state of our country and loadshedding, I need to load data so that I can do my work and pay even more taxes for nothing. And I can't load data if there is no network available!

07 Dec 2021, 20:13Hi there. I did contact the support and spoke with a lovely lady who assisted me. She said that my sim was all in order and the problem must be with the tower. I can't believe that I am the only person in my town who has brought this to your attention. Do your technicians and specialists only cater to and maintain the larger towns and cities in this country? If so, then move out and make more space for a reliable network provider like Vodacom.
