No more words, *********** USELESS doesn't even cut it anymore

I think it's about time that your CEO is told how *********** his staff are. Can't even do a simple request to list my number as the account holder and make sure it's the ONLY number to be used. I received a call from 084145 but ended the call as soon as I heard the music playing. Does CellC really think I have time to listen to music until someone decides to talk to me, when YOU phoned ME!!!! The other day it was over a minute. I immediately phoned my son and he said CellC is calling me!!! This after being assured 100% that ONLY my number will now be used. His number is *** and he is NOT the account holder. Then, guess what else???? My MOTHER ***) received a message from SSDA AGAIN after I was ASSURED YET AGAIN that nobody from SSDA will EVER contact her again. The message : SSDA Festive season is underway your CellC account needs attention. Pay this week using Easy Pay Ref *** and end the year strong. Not even a name or telephone number nor.an amount to be paid. I googled their number but was told she can't transfer me to the person dealing with CellC and she can't help me. She confirmed that I was handed over in JANUARY 2025!!!! The day has ended with nobody returning my call. It seems CellC used a debt collector who's believe it or not worse than Cellc themselves!!! If I was handed over in January, why have they nevet got any money out of me???? I've asked for the *********** person's name who handed me over INCORRECTLY and who doesn't seem able to do her do job and remove my name from SSDA but unfortunately I must sit with the inconvenience of my mother getting threatening messages the whole time. I am GATVOL!!! I upgraded my data contract on Friday. RAM said they'd deliver today but as usual, happens everytime they couldn't deliver. Reason being no access card or permit to deliver. I live in a normal street and have received parcels here from many different couriers with no problem at all. The address they gave is Rumti Rd Wierdapark Pretoria 0149. My address is RUIMTE Rd Wierdapark Centurion 0157.ALWAYS been this address. Please advise how I can once and for all put an end to this problem. I'm sick of wasting my time for MONTHS nie!!!!
