no more sms's that came with contract?

I am supposed to get free sms's every month.<br> That was certainly part of the contract.<br> All of a sudden I do not have the free sms's anymore?<br> what happened?<br> then on my other blackberry contract, I was not made aware that the BIS would be charged separately....<br> Thats an increase from the R150 contract I signed to the R210 that's being deducted every month.<br> Unclear explanations, surely that's a violation of the contract I signed?<br> Isn't that a breach?<br> Isn't that enough fort me to be able to cancel my contract?<br> <br> Also, their staff is as pathetic as their service! <br> <br> I am very very disappointed with myself for getting a cellc contract as what else can one expect from big corporations other that to mess with the private individual.
