No more notification?
<p>I used to get a notification when I have only 15mb of data left and this allowed me to make a plan to buy more data. This is no longer happening and as such, I end up depleting my data and then my airtime also gets chewed up because I do not monitor my data balance every 5 minutes. Why have you stopped sending these notifications?</p>
The data depletion notification is an automated notification and if you still have data available on your data balance you do not receive the notification.
Please note that for the promotional data you do not receive the notification as it is not rand value data, you only receive the notification for the data that you bought.
