No memory card delivered for over a month

I've purchased a cell phone from the cellc gateway store over a month ago and according to the contract a memory card was included in the deal and after such a long period of time no delivery or feedback has been recieved on the stock of the cards and as a new customer of cellc it is rather disappointing.
