No manners!

I was never handeled in such a rude way by anybody ever that works with customers. I won money in the competition in June and waited for the 60 days to pass like the competition rules state. It's been 120days and still did not receive anything. I've been calling Tumi every time and she just says she'll call me back which never happens, I had to do the follow ups. After several times of listening to her promises and never following up or call backs I insist to speak to her supervisor which she refused and the threw the phone down. It's been another week passed and I still did not receive my price money nor any follow ups from them. So I would like that Tumi's supervisor phone me and tell me when am I going to get my price money as I have been waiting an extra 2 months longer than they have promised. It is people like Tumi that is pushing Cell C customers to go to other networks. Utterly discussed with her service!!! I will cancel my contracts if this matter is not sorted.
