No Loyalty
I have been with cell c for 4 years. My contract is due for upgrade/renewal end of October. . I pay R1550 a month. The upgrade to the phone I want is R1900 a month for 3000 mins and 10gb data. But they wont budge. I even said to them I will move to Telkom who can give me 1500mins and 10gb data and the phone I want for R1700 a month. Their customer service response is then that is what I must do. No loyalty from cell c. I guess I will move to Telkom when my contract expires 28 January 2019
