No longer with Cell C but they still charging me and I have a credit record with Transunion

I do not have a contract anymore with Cell C for the last 6 months as I switched over to Vodacom. Yet, Cell C is still charging me monthly and now I have a credit record. Despite multiple attempts to the absolutely disgusting Cell C Call Center and using airtime, I still do not have my issue sorted out.
