No longer receive Itemised Billing

<p>I have on at least more than 10 occasions rrequeted Cell c to stop sending me statements in a format that i cannot open. They just continually rectify this an send in PDF Format. This works for 1 month and they yet again revert to other formats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>I now received my statement for January 2017 transactions. HOWEVER TO MY SURPRISE I NO LONGER HAVE DETAILED ITEMISED BILLING , But a stupid summary of what i owe.</p> <p> </p> <p>I WANT DETAILED STATEMENTS. Can you understand Cell C. I never once requested otherwise. Catch a wake up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
